Hoover Wrestling Club web page.
The Hoover Wrestling Club
sign-ups are now over. If you think you
would like to wrestle with us, please call Ron Glasscock at
205-706-4356. We are always open to
visitors and will not turn away any child who wants to see what
we are about.

A few notes to our parents.
Please escort your wrestler
to and from the wrestling room. We cannot
allow them to be picked up out front. They
will be sitting on the bleachers nearest the wrestling room
until you get there. Please make efforts to
be there 10 minutes before the end of practice.
This is for your childs safety.
Please bring your wrestler
water to practice (with his name on it). We
will have a cooler with water at practices for $1.00 each.
They money will go to support our program.
Please don’t let your
wrestler wear his wrestling shoes outdoors.
Wait and put them on at practice and tournaments.
Please make sure all the boys
fingernails are trimmed down where they can’t scratch.
Please make sure your
wrestlers hair is cut above his eyes.
Please make sure each boy
washes thouroughly with anti-bacterial soap after each practice.
If your son has any skin condition or general illness
please see a coach before letting him enter the wrestling room.
Practice nights and times are
now finalized. First priority was age.
Second priority was siblings. We are
trying to keep all siblings together on one night to reduce
stress on the families. You are welcome to
come any night you wish including all nights if you want.
Every practice will make your child a stronger wrestler.
