Welcome to the Hoover Wrestling Club web page.

The Hoover Wrestling Club had an extremely successful 2008-2009 season. Despite having very few experienced wrestlers coming back we managed to put together a great season. We placed in the top four in all but one age division in the State tournament and finished in the top four overall. We are looking forward to next season. Check back this summer for more information.

There are some rumors floating around about the Hoover Wrestling Club that are revolving around the move of AWC to the Alabaster facility. While talks are going on regarding the status of year round wrestling in the Hoover area, no decisions have been made or discussed with the youth club board of directors. We will update everyone as soon as we have factual information to pass on.

Congradulations to AWC and AYWA on working out a deal to better wrestling in the State of Alabama.

and continue past Trace
Crossing Elementary
School to Buccaneer Drive. Turn right
onto Buccaneer Drive,
then left into the main parking lot.}
